THE FIRST NOEL

Celebrating Christmas all together & remembering God's greatest gift to earth! We rejoice in the birth of Jesus and the love God sent down to earth that First Noel and pray your family celebration is full of wonderful memories.
Merry Christmas!

We enjoyed Christmas morning with our beautiful children seeing their excitement in opening presents and sharing in our family traditions!

Reading Luke 2 and Andrew opening up the Christmas Box and placing baby Jesus in the manger and singing Away in the Manger as our way of welcoming Jesus on His birthday to our family celebration! What a wonderful and relaxing day! We wish your families much love, joy, and peace during this holiday season! Today we are rejoicing in the gifts of our children: Andrew, Hayden, Hollyn, and Jessa Li! God has blessed us indeed!

This was Jessa Li Hope's very First Noel with us, how we have longed to have her home for this joyful morning. We have so much to be thankful for including finally celebrating Jesus' birth as a family now of five on earth plus our sweet boy, Hayden Matthew who is no doubt singing "Glo-o-o-o-ria" with the angel choir in heaven!

Jessa LOVED the shoes from Aunt Melissa and Uncle Skip and paired them with the stunning boa from Mamaw & Papaw! The girl knows her fashion! Two Snaps girlfriend! LOL!

Andrew was so appreciative of all of his gifts! He must have said, "Thank you!" a hundred times and even the next day he was thanking us! We are so glad that he loves them all and that God has given him such a grateful spirit too! He named his new reindeer WebKinz, Comet! LOL!

Daddy loves being home with all of us and enjoying a much deserved, greatly earned Christmas vacation! The kids love snuggling on Daddy's lap and playing toys with him. It is so great when we can just relax at home with our precious family!

Our girls had fun wearing matching pj's and playing with their new baby care center! They were truly excited to see it sitting by the Christmas tree in the morning! David worked all night putting it together! What a wonderful daddy! They loved the little butterfly mobile and pillow & blankie. They especially loved opening and closing the cabinet doors and playing with the wooden baby products. Jessa kept putting on pretend lotion while Hollyn kept putting her baby "night night" and then saying "wake up!"

Hollyn was trying out her new microphone! I think she is THE next American Toddler! LOL!

One very, very, very excited 8 year-old on Christmas morning: priceless!

Check out my new Hello Kitty socks! They were in her stocking and she insisted on wearing them immediately! So funny!

Both girls started wearing out before long. A late night and early morning made for two sleepy little pumpkins! They were tuckered out!

Hollyn LOVES music! She wanted to hear her snow globe play its lovely song over and over again! David and I gave each of our children a special Christmas Snow Globe. All three of them play a different Christmas song and light up.

Andrew's plays The First Noel and because he is our very first baby and the very first child we celebrated Christmas with, we thought this song was truly a celebration of the joy he has brought to our lives! His snow globe houses Santa Claus who is carrying a bag full of presents and we pray, like the wonderful story of Santa, that Andrew will always have a heart of compassion and a heart for giving to others. Hollyn's plays Joy to The World because that is the song that was playing in the delivery room when she was born and she has been such a joy and a gorgeous gift! She lights up our days with sunshine, music, and dancing! Her globe has a Christmas tree because that is the symbol of our faith and Hollyn Faith is our miracle baby given to us by God. Jessa's plays Silent Night because she loves when Mama sings to her this song as a lullaby at night time and we pray her dreams will be full of God's peace and that He will give her lots of restful nights. Her snow globe has a church scene because her referral photo was taken outside her foster grandparents' church in China and that was the very first photo we ever saw of our beautiful new daughter.

Wishing you lots of JOY this Christmas season!
